At ExpenseAnywhere I have many responsibilities. I am the lead UX/UI designer for all of our products. Working with our development team, I regulate code standards including section 508 compliance, while developing and implementing my ideas to make our products more intuitive and user friendly. Giving us an advantage over our competitors. I am currently re-designing our latest products using the principles of responsive design that will allow our applications to run on all mobile devices and tablets without the need for native apps. I manage the company’s web site, SEO, and the design and production of all print materials and trade show graphics.

As part of Kennametal's eBusiness team, I played a part in taking the company's web site www. kennametal.com from an online brochure to a full blown B to B e-commerce web site generating $2M a month from Kennametal's customers and distributors. As a front end web designer, I was involved in every revision of the web site since its inception including wire framing, design of pages and graphics with Photoshop, writing standards compliant XHTML and CSS code with Dreamweaver, gathering content management requirements, building data capture templates for Interwoven Teamsite to generate XML and JHTML content repositories for ATG Dynamo application server. I was responsible for the overall look and feel of the web site, streamlining navigation, search engine optimization and managing the Interwoven Teamsite content management system, which allowed business users from around the world to contribute content to the sites 28,000+ pages in seven different languages.
